After committing $800 Billion as a pork-laden "stimulus" measure, 1/4 of it being spent, they come out and announce the major effect of the stimulus is behind us. That we shouldn't expect too much from the spending of the other 600 Billion. Why this isn't the biggest news story of the year is totally beyond me. But not really.
