Cause you know, if Jeter and Pay-Rod were held to $800K a year, Yankees tickets would go for no more than $20/seat ... LOL They would be cheaper. Right? The point is to lower the income disparity. I know as a privileged ivy league engineer you are against the concept. You want to make 100X the lower paid workers... it makes you feel 'relatively' successful. In the end that disparity makes the country less prosperous. It makes your life less "good". It makes our society less stable and healthy.
