lol...thought the same thing! I have an excellent recipe to share Crawfish Dip 1 bag frozen crawfish tails 2 pkg cream cheese 1/2 stick butter green onions, chopped minced garlic 1 tsp white pepper 1/4 tsp ground red pepper melt butter in saucepan, stir in onions, garlic and peppers (adjust measurements to taste) add cream cheese, and stir until completely melted and smooth. add crawfish tails, with juice, mix well and heat until warm. serve with warm toasted bread slices.
