Use in Viet Nam proves you wrong as usual...............

The illegitimate border crossings are already quite well known, as satellite imaging and IR plus UAV electronic detection already sees the raggies coming and going.

The CIA/NSA/Military can read your license plate parked in your freakin' driveway, so let's not BS each other - OK. If a warm object is hiding or moving at a crawl, our systems can see it as clearly as you can see a bright yellow school bus in the middle of a football field on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

When the "Mil social-smiley team" goes into town or a farmstead, they can leave the dogs in the HumVees with their handlers. At the unguarded border crossings there is no one there except drug smugglers and insurgents; aka: deserving targets. What those slime think, I could care less about.
