Anyone going to Comdex in Vegas in two weeks? FCLC will have a big room on the second floor. Many storage/server companies will be there including SUN, Quantum, and yes, Brocade and of course Ancor. It may give us a clue who Ancor is partnering with.

Tom or anyone please check my numbers.

From previous quarters, Ancor burned about 1.1 M in SG&A and about 1.1M in R&D, total 2.2M per quarter. The 3Q burnt rate was at 3.3M. Kerry pointed out that $500,000 to $700,000 was used to sponser the Netswitch seminar tour and $150,000 was allocated to reserve.
Going forward, if Ancor can do 2.5M to 3M in 4Q, actual cash drain would be less than $1M assuming gross margin of 45%. Am I correct? The point is they may not need financing immediately. If they can land a meaningful OEM, finding equity infusion from a large company(promising not to sell for a while) is doable in the 1st half of 1998. 1997 only has two months left and Thanksgiving and Christmas are upon us really quick. If we can get some insiders buying, confidence in the company can be stable down. I know, I know, I have a lots of ifs here. But, please can someone check my numbers.
