It certainly goes a long way to deflating the ObamaCare bubble.

About the only thing affected, seems to me, is the administrative overhead claim. If Medicare had enough auditors and systems to stop the fraud, as private insurers do, overhead costs would go up. The rest is just optics. Of course, optics count in politics, but they don't count as a counter argument.
