We're stuck with the program, and it should not have been done. But it was done correctly, with private insurance running it instead of government, and the result is a highly cost-effective program. It is typical liberal tripe. Bush gave you guys something but it wasn't enough. He shouldn't have done it but he caved to the Left. And he has been bashed by the Left for doing so ever since. Hopefully, future Rs will learn -- you cannot deal with Ds because they aren't honest players.
