Sonki, I am all in stocks and my time horizon is shorter than yours.

We have all been very good on here so we should get a treat today and not a trick. Or does that goodness thing only work with St. Nick?

Sonny

Sonki,

Re: is every one here 100% in stocks or do people do asset allocation etc.;

I do have money in a CD and Savings acct, probably more than I need to but I'm a bit paranoid. I move things around alot too, when the CD matures I take the interest and move it into stocks. I also shop around for good CD rates, currently in at 6.5%.

My personal investments are all in stock. We have a few US savings bonds for the kids (gifts from g-parents). I also have a 401k at work, I have everything in stocks. I don't like mutual funds for my personal money, I do pretty decent picking my own stocks and staying with them. Bonds are OK if you want/need the fixed income/growth. Just go with your gut feeling, it seems to be serving you well so far.

Have a great day!!!

Ann
