The biggest sports fanatic I've ever known wrote Rosell years ago and told him, "If they go on strike, never again will I watch or attend a game." This is a guy who watched every game ever broadcast prior to that time. Nothing was higher on his priority list than watching MLB. They struck. He turned them off. Hasn't watched a game since. I can't even get him to a minor league game anymore. Just won't do it. People don't NEED MLB. They can choose other entertainment and they compete against all of it. Why aren't all tickets $1,000?
