An online petition can reach any of the entities we that have any leverage on our case. Most of them have already received some individual communication from us in some form or other. By uniting our voices and sending that message all at once to someone, we give the message more clout. We have for instance appealed to RBC to reconsider their involvement in this shady deal a petition signed by many of us and sent to the decision makers there would keep this issue at the forefront and remind them that their retail business could suffer if we move our assets to a competitor. The same for other parties involved such as the EDC whose mandate is to well manage our tax dollars. By way of a petition we put more urgency and emphasis on our message, and it will take the collective message and outrage of this board directly to whomever we think can make a difference. We will also maintain momentum and fellow shareholders involvement as signing an online petition is effortless and it even those who aren't shareholders but disagree with the AV's deceitful way can participate making our voice even louder.
