Long and short of the issue: Both companies have bad apples and both companies were involved this time. Hector is an idiot. I agree, a bad apple can show up anywhere and every company has them. There is a difference though when the bad apple is at the top. How many AMD executives this may eventually implicate is anyone's guess. On a secondary note, interesting tidbits are turning up in the complaint which might reflect on AMD's sham in establishing GloFlow. Oh what a tangled web we weave....
