The investor public will start loosing faith in confetti money as most interest rates on most currencies are below their local rate of ACTUAL inflation.

This policy of bringing back inflation is done for bailing out most RE loans if commercial or plain mortgages.

Further inflation helps most debt laden governments as their bonds in real terms are getting cheaper.

As such in due time, all commodity boats will rise with the inflationary tide and therefore gold will decouple
(important to differentiate between reported and real inflation)
