Merrill's report states: "We point out that in Korea the interest rate and currency effects have been mild with currency depreciation of only 4% in the last six months and interest rates essentially unchanged."

whereas in actuality the S.Korean won is down over 3.5% in the past week alone. I think this report may be based on info that is a few days old.
