All: Ultratech Stepper will be presenting at the AEA Classic in San Diego on Nov. 3 and 4: "Ultratech provides photolithography equipment designed to substantially reduce the cost of ownership for manufacturers of integrated circuits, thin film heads for disk drives and micromachining components. Products include a wide range of g- and i-line steppers with specifications down to 0.65fm resolution with very high throughput resulting in the most cost effective stepper line available. Ultratech also recently announced two new subsidiaries: UltraBeam Lithography and Verdant Technologies. Ultratech's common stock is traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol UTEK."
