Reminds me of when one of these liberals posted an article on how much China is investing in "clean energy."

Either they didn't know or they were willfully ignorant of the fact that Beijing (before the Olympics when the article was posted) had air quality that was three times worse than Los Angeles.

Same old "Blame America first" nonsense from liberals ...

Yes, and when they upgrade and install electricity, they will go to state of the art and we will still be dealing with a mid 20th century grid. What other excuses do you have for not keeping up with the rest of the world? A war in Libya?
