Not only do we control the float, It was confirmed @ the DTC that there is a 'chill' on RMIL. DTC RMIL certificates=0!!!! The CARTEL is HOLDING & BUYING MORE. The TA will soon be putting pressure on the MM's , who will in turn put pressure on the shorts as the DTC kicks-back certificate orders to the brokers. So, stay on the brokers, explain in detail the importance of obtaining your certificates.The brokers are 'trained' to assume since the certificates are insured (vaulted)*in case some are niave, this does not infer that they are insured against loss of value( Smartin thought this?)....they ( the brokers) don't share our urgency in obtaining the certificates.
