Who Will Battle Grayson For District 8 Seat? Reported By Kelli Cook ORLANDO -- Orange County Mayor Richard Crotty says he's not running for the District 8 congressional seat. So who is in when it comes to challengers for incumbent Democrat Alan Grayson?
