Would these be the underserved we are talking about?

I don't consider anyone on Medicaid "underserved." Some people do but I don't. They don't get as good service but they do get service. I had in mind the folks who are uninsurable or too poor to afford insurance but don't qualify for free Medicaid.

I don't think it serves "my side" of this argument to be so dismissive of their problems.
