It seems to me that Obama must take the handcuffs off our Soldiers as well....The Services have an adequate set of rules of engagement. Obama and his minions, most who have never even donned a uniform, don't need to add their own 'hippy-skippy all is well' thoughts to further handicap the military. He must provide a troop level that our ground war-fighting generals say is needed to prevail. Obama's job is to define the final goal. Planning the campaign and executing those plans has to be left to the expert war-fighters.
