I don't see them "buying up the country". I see it as a reality of the crap financial condition of our country after eight years of Bush. This wind project wouldn't happen without Chinese money, and the Chinese money wouldn't happen unless the windmills are made in China. I'd rather WE built the windmills AND financed the deal, but I'll take what we can get to go to renewable energy, and this is it. So what if Texans will pay their electric bills to China. I wonder if it upsets Brumar. TX is turning commie.
