Muleskinner, I don't see COS/COSFF as a market-timing opportunity. In the past year and a half the only opportunity for a quick bounce has gone the other direction. Selling short is not much of an opportunity now because the stock is nearly at the floor anyway.

I cut my teeth on market-timing after the '87 crash and learned the hard way. I don't care for the daily and weekly emotional "ups" and "downs" involved with a short term market-timing strategy. I much prefer evaluating the long term prospects of higher profile companies undervalued due to the some of the same problems Corel now faces.

JMHO, Corel's present management has one last, very short, opportunity to focus on their core business, make effective strategic decisions, and exercise "common sense" in order to regain some form of revenue and profit stability. When that occurs, there can be a "bounce" as you suggested. However, if that does not happen and management is replaced, a "timing bounce" may occur.
