"The end of October is the end of the fiscal year for many mutual funds" I know this as are most of the market participants.

Even then, there is no justification of such gyration in financial markets which included commodities and currencies and any other product that is peddled by WS thieves and swindlers.

Swings of 2.5% up and down are not real - and adjusting portfolios is done with care to minimize losses and not as brutal as we witnessed.

At least for me it saved me a couple of thousand dollars as I anticipated a correction and a USD recovery – but still the steepness of the corrections made me worried and it is clear that those are acts of manipulation by institutions with WADS of MONEY

IMHO – blaming such swings in portfolio adjustment is a bit naïve
