What's this, a forth confirmation that DTC has no inventory for RMIL! I know of over over 1.3 million shares that have PENDING NAME certificate request of RMIL that can not be filled (1.3 million Foundation shares, pending, and w/ 1.5 million in name form as of last week)...

They can run, but they can not hide.
The shorts are going to have to start covering SOON!
Riley G

PS. I placed a GTC to sell a few RMIL shares (over $50) yesterday.

I just received an email from a non-SI member. Same problem with her broker refusing to get the certs on order and giving excuses. Sorry, but when your account shows that you have shares, and you ask for proof, and the broker gives you the run-around, the broker is protecting those who have naked shorted. Don't let them talk their way out of it. If they refuse to cooperate, inform them that you will be reporting the situation to the NASD. If you still do not get the proper response, then go ahead and report it. Let the broker explain it to the NASD, and then maybe, just maybe, the MMs will be the ones doing the explaining when it has been determined they aren't playing by the rules.

<"the DTC does not have certificates available to give out at this time".
She also said that this has been the case since Oct. 23.

One thing I don't understand here, if the DTC has been out of certs since 10/23, why haven't we seen some kind of run up sooner? How long do they have to honor the Cert requests?
