The most prized freshwater crab in China come from Yang Cheng Lake near Shanghai. So naturally, folks try to pass off inferior crab as being the real deal... Not All Hairy Crabs Are Created Equal Message 25304111 P.S. I'll stick with Alaska king crab at $16/lb. ;)
