The most prized freshwater crab in China come from Yang Cheng Lake near Shanghai. So naturally, folks try to pass off inferior crab as being the real deal...

but jay did engage you with unpolluted giant clams, heavenly abalones, rich wagyu beef, supreme grade fatty tuna, etc etc

and not a bit of pollution anywhere on the menu

as to air pollution, as in the case of sea pollution, big air big ocean, do not venture and dawdle in central, a bit of wind, a bit of wave, presto, it all goes to alaska

regarding swimming, do it at the club or on "#1" beach days (vast majority of swimming days)

freedom does have a priceless value

read about state of usa way back when it was still making things and evolving, the reading would be no different

now, such in china is just another biz opportunity, otherwise know as clean tech

from morass of problems would always arise enticing solutions

and not a squeak about "cannot do"
