I seriously doubt that. You're implying that IMMU could have gone out there and found someone willing to part with, say, $100M during its rise. A rise fueled not by some actual approval, but riding the coat-tails of HGSI. It's not that easy.

Say what you will about HGSI, they *did* have real news in hand, approval of their product, to entice investors into their secondary. Which makes it far easier to raise money.

And $6 was too low for IMMU to think about raising cash anyway <G>..

gonna: If IMMU management sincerely believed the stock price would be 12 in February rather than 6 in August, why shouldn't they wait?
