I have read the Nikon earnings report, and if I am not mistaken, they are having some serious engineering problems with their current generations litho tools. This may be why SVG is getting so much positive feeling from buyers right now, i.e. the industry is getting more confident in their ability to deliver Micrascan III's in the quantity and time frame promised. This development deal for the Micrascan IV speaks volumes on the subject. A lot of managers must be getting somewhat leery of Nikon after the delivery delays last quarter. SVGI is eating Nikon's lunch right this minute, best I can tell.
