Of course they are not. They will restore the bennies each year as they go, hiding it.

The dishonesty of their plan is beyond belief. Don't beleive for a minute that they will cut Medicare. Here's the plan. We will claim to cut Medicare in this bill, pass it to flim-flam the voters that there will be savings from the Medicare cuts and then we will restore the Medicare cuts in a subsequent bill.

This is what we call leadership in America. It is enough to make me puke.
