We didn't make it to Port Townsend today, but instead battled the monsoons and went to Anacortes and LaConner. Got a couple of small Christmas gifts, and visited other shops and a couple of new and used bookstores. Remembered the name of the one in Port Townsend (there are several, including one that is totally dedicated to a liberal and progressive POV. It's not our cup of tea, but then neither were Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Castro, etc)..... The bookstore we really both like is William James Bookseller.. abebooks.com If you are looking for a particular part of Western history, you might call them....they might have "just the book".... Know what you mean about getting books that not many others would want...We call those FINDS! <ggg>
