I had a driver. He moves only his eyes and his mouth now.
He was a good guy but he was undisciplined.

I was always disciplining him but he was party goer. Risk taking. Was narcissist type of guy who goes to the gym and dressed fancy.

He did not listen to advice. One of them was to keep the neck rest attached to the back of the car. Not to drive fast because the tyres were not good. Maintenance of the cars was bad.

I felt bad to discipline a grown up man like a kid but I kept him under control while I was there. Then I moved to UNITEL.

It took two months for him to have an accident. One night he took the pick up and drove to Sumbe, 350Km from here. He says the tyre blew and he flew out of the road.

He broke his neck. I went to see what remained of the pick up. There it was. He removed the neck rest and use to drive seating on it!! The neck rest was on the car -or what remains from the car- floor.

He drove me only once out of the city. It took me only the 70Km to Kwanza river to discover he had no experience in driving on highways. That Sunday we went to Kwanza river -I used not to drive in NSN and he drove me there- with friends.

A couple of weeks ago I went there to visit him at the hospital. He was with a few tubes protruding from his body. In high spirits. Thinking he will be OK again...

I took a photo with him when we went to Kwanza river that Sunday. He said he wanted to print it to keep it.
