Your ethnic group has 4K years experience on this and you don't know how to handle? Were you not the guys who coded the first rules written? If your ethinicity do not know how to handle law of the4 land who does? This rule of the law people dismay me! How comes I build the freaking infra and is there? If you do in Bethesda MD. you need chief approval. This is called regulations, build permits etc. In Bethesda MD, they don't steal because there a cops, amnd that apparatus. Which costs a lot of money and you pay via a mechanism called taxes. Population steal nothing is they find out they are part of the deal. If population feel you are only hogging their stuff and moving away they steal. That is what I am saying is going to happen in the US with the finance people leaving the common folks out.
