We had one kid, our across the street neighbor, with his mother. Later they brought three more friends, and one dad.

That's it.

We're going to the spook show at the Renaissance Fair. Bye.

If you like hot and muggy, go to Buffalo in July and August...it will live up to it's rep!

We've only had 3 little ones tonight....First time ever for so few. BUT then again, nowadays, everyone in the area, even out of the area, come to the enclosed development about 2 blocks from here. The folks there LOVE Halloween, and must prepare for it all year. All of the houses are upscale, and to see the numbers of kids that come in with their parents, the treats must be too....There are policemen there to divert the cars from coming in....people can park in the nearby school parking lot but only walkers can come in....

I tried not to get too much because we'll eat it....Last year we only had about 50, a decided difference between then and when our kids were young....We used to have at least 250-500 or more each Halloween.

Did see some great costumes and little kids today while in Anacortes. The Merchants had a Town Open House, and treats for all the kids....there must have been at least 300+ that we saw...Very fun afternoon!
