Flour, water, yeast and salt. Yep! That's all you should need. I think the pre-fermentation part is the most important. That and a 200 year old brick bread oven. You have all of that and you have success. ;)

Seriously, who is going to eat all of that pumpkin bread?

We haven't had one trick or treater. Very typical!

I guess we're stuck with the Almond Joy and Butterfingers.

That looks great! Let us know how it tastes. Haven't made pumpkin bread yet, but hubby has been after me to make banana bread....I promised I would tomorrow. His reasoning is he doesn't want the banana's to spoil, but I reminded him that a whole bunch is about $1.37 at Costco....LOLOL!

He just wants the bread....Do you have a good recipe for Pumpkin Bread too?
