Riley..you can't pinpoint your suspicion to within 3 million shares. It is generalizations like that which perpetuate skepticism in your cause. Come on, 2 to 5 million extra shares. That would require 10 - 20 million worth of additional trading volume to produce.

Riley, I would have sent you a private e-mail for this question but its not given on SI, so here goes. I dont understand your assumption that if the stock is oversold, meaning more shares have been sold short than exist in the LEGAL float, that when all the certs are called there will be a short squeeze. I cant make sense of this. Would not a regulatory body step in at this point and STOP TRADING? At some point it must become obvious that illegal selling has taken place and there are not enough shares to cover. At that point would not the culprits declare bancruptcy, close their doors and leave everyone holding the bag? I mean if the shares are illegally created and sold in the first place, then they dont have to be covered, no? Regulatory agency (whoever that may be for BB stocks) will cease trading, until they can determine the real amount of shares in existence and isnt possible that you have bought non-existant shares and are left holding the proverbial "bag"?

For the record, I am LONG RMIL, and hope the scenario plays out as you say, but can you explain how it will work once a regulatory body becomes involved?
