A week ago I couldn't spell black ops subterfuge and now I are it. Viola, victery in Afganestan. <I am against "Boots on the ground in force" I am for massive black ops, politics and subtrafuge...> It looks as though China has a better strategy - copper mining. It's quite possible they have read some books about the development of the British Empire, the most successful and civilizing empire ever, with Hong Kong one of the more successful results of that effort over a few hundred years.
