Our daughter is in contact with a squadron, and knows how to package up stuff. They have already thanked her for her mailings, and she writes them almost every day. She got a satellite radio talk show host to donate a case of cigars. That was a big hit with them.

She says don't send chocolate. It melts. Hard candies are OK.

Good for you... A lot of them will never get over what they have seen and done.

Just learned today that a friend of mine (Viet Nam Vet) who has suffered from PTSD is going into inpatient treatment this month. I hope it helps him.
