I'd be careful using phrases like criminal unless someone has the evidence to back up the allegation. Goodwill and Intangibles are subjective valuations. Read the auditors notes in all financial statements. Also, it appears that there aren't very many people following this thread. Do you think a Minister will order a criminal investigation for a petition with say 50 signatures? From what I see, private letters and Siskinds are still the best options.
