Am hearing CapitalSource (CSE), a BDC sometimes mentioned here, might get tangled up in this. If CIT's small business units cut off credit lines to small businesses, CSE's funding obligations could increase, which may not be a good thing for them at this time. Those CIT units did not file for bankruptcy so perhaps they intend to honor their lending commitments.
