Hey Rick,
I don't think this company (CCEE) fits the bill here. I think they are running a different scam. Most of the companies which are mob controlled have real liquidity problems because that is the way to manipulate them. I know somebody in that article to which you refer (legitimate-not mob) and I talked to him about CCEE. He did not think this was a "mob" thing but that I should protect any gains with stop losses which I have done. (He didn't think I should be in the stock.)

Anyway, Steve makes a good point, this stock has remained at its current level despite the impending implosion. I think there are more vacuous press releases to come before this thing tanks. My guess is about a week before the meeting. Any opinion about why this stock remains in a holding pattern?
