<<I based it on my analysis of the likelihood of it being correct, the gov't opinion, associated companies with similar problems, the history of some of the participants and the doubtfullness of their previous ventures and many many other suspect things.>>

Circumstantial, You're Honor....case dismissed.

Sorry but your analysis is wrong.

Opinion is something based on a judgment--not readily ascertainable as a factual matter. E.g. "Her dress is ugly." "He is a jerk." etc. Reasonable minds may disagree.

Fact is something that can be objectively determined to be true or false. "IPM is salting its assays" is most definitely a factual statement (albeit a false one) for its truth or falsity can be objectively determined. It matters not one whit whether or not you provide any support for your factual statement.

I do agree, however, that "IPM is a scam" is a closer question, it is probably too vague to be actionable.

Regards, Otter

Lew Green has established himself as an astute investigator. Many of the facts that he has brought up have come to pass without question. He has come here and shared his due diligence and gained tremendous credibility for his findings.

As I stated on your thread this morning, we all need to establish credibility each time we meet a new person. Although I can be hot tempered, I have found (unbiasedly) that your information is based on a person that many feel is mentally unstable and you say the cores are salted ? Even though they have had a chain of custody signoff by Berhe Dolbear ? Sir, I think you should be a little more unbiased in your analysis. Not everyone in the world is corrupt. I believe that you are looking for a fraud where there is none.

Keep Backpeddling, EC. Now you are claiming that your "IPM is a scam" call and your "IPM principals are crooks" call and your "IPM will be delisted" call were just your opinion. Maybe so, but I'm sure if I made the effort, I could find many of your posts where these proclamations were made as statements of fact, not as your opinion.
