Glad the recipe turned out. Etouffee's a nice quick meal. We tailgated the Saints Monday Night Football game with Shrimp Creole and con queso dip for the appetizer course. When I bought the shrimp at Safeway the sign said "Gulf Shrimp". Yeah....Gulf of Tonkin probably!<G>
