Are you sure, shoudn't we also be worried about the California Shareholders also, as quoted from the article below?

The actions against GrandeTel commenced by a number of individual shareholders in California seeking approximately U.S.$16 million in compensatory damages plus punitive damages and/or treble damages is not part of the class action settlement, and GrandeTel will continue to defend those actions.
