Moving to prosecute members of the former government (for perfectly legal activities, no less). Pushing through, inside of a month, the biggest spending bill in the history of this country. Hiring, for his major advisory posts, people who believe that the Bush Administration planned and executed 9/11. He did none of those things. Well you might have an argument on the spending bill... but only in a limited definition of spending.
