Others are saying if gold goes above 1100, it will go beyond
da moon. I don't know what is so important about 1100.
I see neither the cellar nor da moon, just 1300. They say
1100 is 50% of inflation adjusted 1980 high. Geez, and who says
inflation is right, especially when all these minor BLS
errors and omissions accumulate exponentially over decades?
Gold is and has always been itself the measure of monetary
madness, everything else being approximations. All I know
is that the tripling of the monetary base by the Fed was
not properly accounted by gold. -g-
