So what you are saying is that the shorts can do what ever they want while the SEC will make legitimate shareholders pay the price. I don't think so. If any house of cards will collapse, it is the one built by those selling short, not the one built by OVIS/RMIL.

CS, if you go to the furniture store and pay them up front, but the furniture store has no furniture and the delivery truck never shows up, do you think the small claims judge will rule in favor of the furniture store and tell you it's your loss for paying for something they told you existed?
