I checked out a few stocks on vectorvest. CPQ had a value of 93, INTC 136.50, NSM 37.50 and CYRX 15.80. These valuations seem to be trend following...perhaps not adaptive enough to catch paradigm shifts.
93 would seem OK for Compaq. I'd take it.

I don't subscribe to fancy valuation theories. The price is a function of supply and demand. Since CPQ gets auctioned almost daily, chances are that at any given moment its price is within 1-2 standard deviations of its intrinsic value.
