We'll that explains alot! Thanks for the link.

I think we know why the price has been pushed down lately. The bond holders wanted to get the best bang for the buck! They locked in the conversion price on Oct 29th 1997. They were probably shorting the hell out of it.

This S-3 was only a filing and the amount of shares offered for conversion is pretty small, and will most likely be offered to the market over a long period of time.

I need to read the whole filing and get some work done.

I can see the sun now that we know what's been happening to the price!

What I don't get is, why the #%@!! did CYMI do the bond securitization through the very #$%%'s that started this whole mess, Morgan Stanley & Montgomery Securities? It's in the S-3

Maybe this will get them back on CYMI's side...
