That is pretty much SOP in all states in "troubled" precincts. On the path we are on the next step will be armed guards. I was a poll watcher for the Republicans in 2008. My precinct is pretty boring (thank God) but I got to see what was going on elsewhere. Gets VERY intense in inner city precincts on election night. Both parties are now more focused on preventing fraud than even in get out the vote efforts on election day now. Sad sad state of affairs. more than 500 lawyers posted around NJ just to hopefully prevent fraud and ballot tampering.
