Question: I just got of the phone with the TA....and thank god finally they have transfered my certs into my name as of 10/24. From there they said the mailed them back to the DTC so the DTC will mail them to me. So I would guess there back at the DTC by now. Now that apparently there is a Chill (whatever for) at the DTC what are my odds of getting my certs from the DTC in a timely manner?:) Answer: The DTC chill is for new requests and those pending since the RMIL inventory went to 0. Your named certificates will be sent to you from your brokerage house after DTC sends them back to them. Your CERTIFICATES were processed after the NAME change/new TA chill, and not the inventory CHILL. Riley G
