If you envy Australia's prosperity you need to envy their financial responsibility.

If you continue to insist on living off of debt-funded welfare programs like subsidized income tax rates you will continue to live in a dying economy.

Australia does spend far less of their government budget on defense and farm subsidies, but otherwise their government budget is similar. What have you been doing to lower America's bloated defense spending on firms like Halliburton?

Another major economic difference is American employers are saddled with heavy health care costs for their employees. In Australia everyone is covered by Medicare. Australians also have the choice to purchase supplemental private medical insurance as roughly 20% do to pay for more posh surroundings when they receive their medical care. What have you been doing to make sure Medicare coverage is expanded to all Americans to remove this onerous cost disadvantage from American employers?
