OT- Over time and with mounting evidence over a number of posts, most people will eventually think about it. And thinking about it is a good thing. Peter and others have talked about components to a daily poly pill. I think there are good evidence that a conservative approach to that is probably a good idea for most people. So keep posting. Ian, you need to move to like Phoenix or Las Vegas or northern Niger and that will solve your VitD problem. :)

Ian- Do you know if the various Vit D3 and metabolite tests pick up D2 and derivatives (D2 and D3 differ by the presence of a methyl group on aliphatic side chain). As you know, D2 is not naturally produced in man or other mammals and is exogenously added to milk and to margarine while D3 is made in the skin of mammals including man by sun-induced photoisomerization of preVit D3.

Thanks in advance.
